LAB DIRECTOR - MICHAEL UZOMA is currently a pre-theology student at Mount St. Mary's University and a Seminarian for the Diocese of Springfield. He completed his undergraduate degree and his first year of a master's program at Rhode Island. Michael aspires to make significant contributions to the field of psychology through insightful and valuable research, primarily focused on Nigeria. His future work aims to illuminate the psychology of Nigerians and address societal issues and religious beliefs. Michael's next step include obtaining his theology and pursuing a Ph.D in Social Psychology.

LAB MODERATOR/MENTOR - DR. THOMAS MALLOY is a distinguished professor of social Psychology at Rhode Island College. He serves as the moderator and mentor of our lab, providing invaluable guidance to students as we develop our research skills in psychology. Dr. Malloy is dedicated to advancing the field of psychology and is particularly enthusiastic about fostering research collaboration across Nigeria.

RESEARCH INTEREST: Dr. Malloy's research focuses on interpersonal and intergroup behavior, examining aspects such as perception, affect, and overt action. With funding from the U.S-Israel Binational Science Foundation, he is currently engaged in a research program exploring the dynamics and consequences of listening in dyadic interactions. Additionally, Dr. Malloy has a keen interest in statistical models of round robin data. 

I.T PERSONNEL - ORJI STANLEY UCHE is a skilled website developer with a strong foundation in computer science. With a strong background in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, MySQL and Laravel, he excel in crafting innovative web solutions.

A graduate of Computer Science from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, Imo State, He hones his skills through dedication and continuous learning. As a Tech enthusiast, his goal is to stay at the forefront of industry trends expanding his expertise to become a leading figure in the tech world.

He's passionate about leveraging technology to drive positive change and deliver exceptional results.
